Ironback Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to the Ironback Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ambassador Responsibilities

As an Ironback Ambassador, you are expected to:

Promote Ironback products and the brand positively.

Create and publish a minimum of 2 posts or stories per week on your social media platforms featuring Ironback.

Use your unique coupon code in your promotions to drive sales and earn commissions.

Represent Ironback authentically and adhere to our brand guidelines.

Content Requirements

Posts must include at least one of the following:

Product use in action (e.g., during sports, fitness, or daily activities).

Highlighting posture improvement or performance benefits.

Before-and-after or testimonial-style content.

Use Ironback hashtags such as #StandTallWithIronback or any campaign-specific hashtags provided.

Tag Ironback’s official social media accounts in your posts and stories.

Marketing Asset Use

Ambassadors will have access to a library of high-quality marketing assets. You are encouraged to use these in your content creation but may also create original content.

Commission and Compensation

Ambassadors will receive a 15% commission on sales generated through their unique coupon code.

Commissions are paid monthly and will only apply to completed sales.

Conduct and Brand Representation

Ambassadors must uphold Ironback’s values of inclusivity, positivity, and growth.

Any content or behaviour that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful to the Ironback brand may result in termination of the ambassador agreement.

Duration and Performance Review

The program requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which performance will be reviewed.

Ambassadors who fail to meet the posting requirements or exhibit poor performance may be removed from the program.

Termination of Agreement

Ironback reserves the right to terminate the ambassador agreement at any time for breach of terms or any actions deemed detrimental to the brand.

By submitting your application and joining the Ironback Ambassador Program, you confirm that you:

Agree to these terms and conditions.

Understand and accept the responsibilities outlined.

Note: Failure to meet the requirements may result in removal from the program without further notice.
