1. Delivery Timeframes

Australia: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and local postal services)

1. Choosing the correct size

We strongly advise our customers to carefully check the size guide provided on each product page before making a purchase. Selecting the correct size helps ensure your satisfaction with our products and minimizes the need for returns or exchanges. Our detailed size guide is designed to assist you in finding the perfect fit, but if you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

1. Eligibility

You must contact our support team at support@theironback.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange. We recommend you take a dated photo of the product before you ship it back to us (just incase it was damaged in the shipping process).

2. Process

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned product is received and approved.

3. Exclusions

Returns beyond 14 days of receipt of item will not be accepted.

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items are non-refundable.

4. Warranty

Our products are backed by a 12-month manufacturing warranty. If your Ironback shows a fault due to workmanship or materials within this period, please contact us at support@theironback.com.au for assistance.
