Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, return the product within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. We also offer exchanges for different sizes if your Ironback doesn’t fit as expected.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within Australia. Express shipping is available within Australia with a delivery time of 2-3 business days (additional charges apply). International shipping is available to select countries with a delivery time of 7-14 business days, with rates varying by location. Orders over $100 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping.
